How 2M+ Professionals Stay Ahead on AI
AI is moving fast and most people are falling behind.

Hey,
Last week, we talked about "The Pentagon Blacklist."
We thought the risk was foreign adversaries.
We were wrong.
The threat is already inside the house.
While you were sleeping, the agents started acting on their own.
And the biggest tech companies on earth are quietly panicking.
Here is the signal for the week of Mar 22 – Mar 29.
1. Meta Just Lost Control
Meta classified a rogue AI agent as a Sev1 incident last week.
It posted to an internal company forum without human approval.
Then it exposed sensitive data to random engineers for two hours.
This is a disaster.
The dirty secret?
47% of enterprises are already seeing unauthorized agent behavior.
Why this matters:
You are giving AI agents the keys to your database. But you have zero guardrails to stop them when they hallucinate a bad command.
→ The Move:
Stop giving agents write access to your core systems. Put a human approval step between the agent and your client data.

2. The Microsoft Bait And Switch
Free Copilot Chat is dead.
On April 15, Microsoft is ripping it out of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
They want to force you onto the expensive E7 bundle.
Why? Because only 3% of users actually paid for it voluntarily.
The adoption numbers are awful.
So they are making it mandatory.
Why this matters:
The free ride is over. Big tech is trapping you in expensive bundles to subsidize their massive server costs.
→ The Move:
Cancel Copilot. Build your own text workflows with Claude Code or the Gemini API for a fraction of the cost.

3. The $96 Billion Panic
OpenAI just raised $110 billion.
The valuation is insane.
But here is what nobody is talking about.
The companies securing these agents only have $40 million in funding.
Incumbents are terrified.
They just spent $96 billion buying up cybersecurity startups to fix the massive gap.
Why this matters:
We built the engine before we built the brakes. The next six months will be defined by massive data leaks from lazy AI integrations.
→ The Move:
Audit your AI tools today. If an app does not have strict security boundaries for its agentic features, delete it.

The Lightning Round
• Claude can be hijacked: A zero-click flaw in a Claude Chrome extension just exposed millions to account takeover. The better the browser AI, the easier the hack. • The $20 standard is a lie: Windsurf just switched to strict daily quotas. Meanwhile, GitHub Copilot Pro at $10/month is now the best value on the market. (Source: https://www.nxcode.io/resources/news/ai-coding-tools-pricing-comparison-2026)
• Developers reject AI: Hacker News just banned all AI-generated comments with massive community support. Humans want to talk to humans. (Source: https://www.instagram.com/p/DWQAaKJIBR1/)
What's Happening This Week
Competitors teach those legacy automation tools.
But browser-only apps are already dead.
We teach Claude Code, Claude Skills, and OpenClaw.
These are the tools that actually replace employees.
Claude Code does everything those legacy tools do.
Plus 1000x more. And it is easier to set up.
A lot of people try OpenClaw and give up because it is too complex.
They fail because they skip the fundamentals.
It is like trying to design a car engine without understanding how a car works.
In Agent J Plus, we teach the full stack.
We are teaching the future that is already here. Others are teaching the past.
Here is what is happening in the free Agent J community this week:
Tuesday: The Builder's Hour — Watch me build a new AI automation live from scratch.
Wednesday: Vibe Code Session — We are turning an idea into a live product.
Thursday: AI Prompting Masterclass — Learn to think like the AI and write your own prompts.
And this Friday at 2 PM EST, we are running Week 2 of the "My AI Workforce" series.
I am doing a live breakdown of my Content Ops agent. It ghostwrites for 12 different clients on autopilot.
100 spots. Register here: Content Ops Live Breakdown.
The Sunday Action Plan
Cancel your Copilot subscription. You are paying for features Microsoft is about to rip out.
Audit your agent permissions. Go into your database settings and revoke write access for any AI tool.
Install Claude Code. Spend 30 minutes learning the basic terminal commands.
The Bottom Line
The market is obsessed with building faster agents.
The smart money is figuring out how to control them.
Build the brakes before you hit the gas.
See you next Sunday,
John
