Each morning brings a sharp, easy-to-read rundown of what matters, why it matters, and what it means to you. Plus, there’s daily brain games everyone’s playing.

Business news, minus the snooze. Read by over 4 million people every morning.

Hey,

Last week, we talked about "The Infrastructure Flip."

The plumbing was just the start.
This week, the agents moved in.

Wall Street is screaming that AI is a giant waste of cash.
Goldman Sachs says it added zero to the economy.

Meanwhile, Claude and GPT just took full control of your keyboard and mouse.

The gap between the talkers and the builders has never been wider.

Here is the signal for the week of Mar 15 – Mar 22.

1. Your Mouse Is Obsolete

Claude Opus 4.6 and GPT-5.4 just dropped.
Both have native computer use.

They do not need APIs.
They do not need clean data.

They look at your screen, move your mouse, and click.
They score 75% on benchmarks that test human-level computer control.

RPA is dead.
Browser automation is dead.
If a human can do it on a screen, the agent can do it now.

Why this matters:
You are wasting time stringing together Zapier triggers.
The new baseline is full autonomous execution.

→ The Move:
Stop paying for legacy automation tools.
Start testing Claude's computer use on your messiest local workflow.

2. Wall Street Is Wrong

Goldman Sachs just made a massive claim.
They said $450 billion in AI investment added "basically zero" to economic growth.

The internet panicked.
People called it a bubble.

They are looking at the wrong numbers.
Enterprise pilots are failing because big companies move slow.

But 50-person startups are beating $30 billion labs on coding benchmarks.
Uber is putting $1.25 billion into robotaxis to replace drivers.

Why this matters:
The slow money thinks AI is all hype.
The smart money is quietly replacing entire departments.

→ The Move:
Ignore the macro doom.
Focus on micro wins.
Build workflows that save you 10 hours a week, not 10 years of GDP.

3. Microsoft Hires Claude

Microsoft just shipped Copilot Cowork to its Frontier Program.
It puts Anthropic's agent directly inside Office 365.

It is not a chat box.
It runs for hours.

It reads your Word docs, builds your Excel models, and makes your PowerPoint slides.
It uses your entire hard drive for context.

Why this matters:
The blank page is officially dead.
If you are starting from scratch in Office, you are already behind.

→ The Move:
Get access to the Agent Store in M365.
Pin the Cowork agent to your sidebar and give it your next heavy data task.

The Lightning Round

Cursor beats Claude: A 50-person startup launched Composer 2.0 with a proprietary model that beats Opus. Capability ceilings are flattening. (Source: https://murphye.medium.com/i-compared-every-major-ai-coding-tool-so-you-dont-have-to-f05a6915c0d4)

White House vs. States: The feds just dropped a 7-pillar AI framework to block 78 state laws. Compliance is a mess right now. (Source: https://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/03.20.26-National-Policy-Framework-for-Artificial-Intelligence-Legislative-Recommendations.pdf)

Chrome zero-day: Hackers are actively exploiting CVE-2026-3910 in the wild. Update your browser immediately. (Source: https://www.facebook.com/groups/410858163573785/posts/1614649336527989/)

What's Happening This Week

Competitors teach legacy automation tools like Relay.com and Lindy.ai.
Those are browser-only apps. They are already dead.

Inside Agent J Plus, we teach Claude Code, Claude Skills, and OpenClaw.
These are tools that actually replace employees.

Claude Code can do everything those legacy tools do, plus 1000x more.
And it is easier to set up.

A lot of people try OpenClaw and give up because it is too complex.
They skip fundamentals.
It is like trying to design car engines without understanding how a car works.

We teach the full stack.
We are teaching the future that is already here, while others are teaching the past.

Here is the free training lineup for this week inside Agent J:

Tuesday: The Builder's Hour — Live build of a new automation workflow from scratch.
Wednesday: Vibe Code Session — Build an app from idea to live product.
Thursday: AI Prompting Masterclass — Learn to think like the AI.

This Friday, I'm kicking off a brand new 6-week series: The 6 AI Agents Running My Business.

Week 1 — I'm pulling back the curtain on the Lead Magnet Radar, the AI that scans 40+ competitors every 48 hours and tells me exactly which lead magnets are going viral.

100 spots. Register here.

The Sunday Action Plan

  1. Update Chrome. Do it right now. The zero-day exploit is active.

  2. Cancel a legacy tool. Pick one Zapier or Relay flow and replace it with a Claude script.

  3. Test computer use. Give Opus 4.6 a messy spreadsheet task and watch it drive your mouse.

The Bottom Line

The market is looking at the big picture and missing the plot.
Do not wait for Wall Street or the government to figure this out.

Build the agent.
Take your time back.

See you next Sunday,
John
